Bike N Sport is great! Ask for Trent. I came into the store not knowing much about e-bikes, and he helped me choose one perfectly suited to my needs. He also gave me a detailed overview of how it operates and offered a great deal on accessory installation. I’m highly satisfied and strongly recommend this establishment.

Decent bike rentals. Guys were nice and the bikes were fine, though they had clearly not been cleaned or serviced in a while. My front hub was loose and had a ton of play, which wasn't a big deal for what I was doing but could have been an issue if doing a real ride. Another bike was handed over with a wheel's quick release completely open... All went fine, but pretty questionable attention to detail.

We rented a couple of hybrid bikes here. The bikes were functional. The kickstand on mine was so loose it would have interfered with pedaling or possibly caught in the wheel if I had not noticed before riding. The first helmet I was offered was missing a part and all of the helmets were well used with sweat imbued straps. Staff were disinterested and unenthusiastic about helping with much of anything. I really wanted to like this bike shop but it was unfortunately all about the sale. I bought a bike from this shop and during the sales process the person was very attentive. I was told it would take a week or so to get bike and it took over two weeks. When I called I was given disparate information about when it would arrive. When I picked up the bike, it was not ready with all features I ordered and when I asked to speak to my original sales person I was essentially told he was too busy. Th...
