Thought it was a nice place till we actually started talking about what my husband's bike needed. The employee seemed to know things but refused to be helpful. We ended up without everything that was needed and a product that's not even meant for the tires we brought in. We tried to return the item they denied the item without a receipt even though it was obvious that it wasn't opened and has their name on the price label. I am very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic work done; custom wheel built, drive train upgraded. The bike feels so dialed in and agile, totally better ride and just way more fun. Mike and the other mechanics are the best!

I didn’t even buy my electric bike here, but I had an issue with the saddle and couldn’t get it set up right. The gentleman in the shop (I’m sorry I forgot his name!) went out of his way to help me. He not only fixed the problem, but also explained exactly what he was doing, and then took the time to help me ride the bike for the first time. I was riding river walk when I ran over something, that made a loud pop. I checked my tire, and proceeded on. Eventually my rear tire went flat, so I used my pump and gave the tire short life.
