In all of my years of travelling and riding I have never seen a shop more knowledgeable or capable to take care of riders and customers! This shop is one of a kind. The showroom is very tidy and neatly organized and very easy to find what you’re looking for. Chris’s expertise are second to none. The staff are extremely polite and professional! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I purchased my 2023 Devinci Marshall from Freeride in July 2023. Chris and everyone working there have be so helpful and knowledgeable. Absolute amazing customer service and work on my bike. From the first transaction to many upgrades and equipment later the pricing and service is the best in the business. If you have any questions or looking for a bike this is the only place to go !

Nice shop, well stocked and friendly staff. I was visiting from out of province and rented a bike to ride Whitehills trails. The bike worked great and I was offered advice on the trails and parking area. Thanks to Chris and his staff, I wouldn't hesitate to use your services again or recommend your shop.
