Great guy, been going to Juan for over 10 years to fix my bike. He is the local bike repair man, makes anything look easy and is always fair priced. Rim repairs, flat fixes, I’m sure he can build you a bike from scratch if your really wanted. Keep it up Juan and congrats on the shop!!

Brought my bike in for what should have been a simple tune-up and derailleur fix. Instead of improving, the bike came back with worse gear skipping issues. When I returned, they didn’t take responsibility — just blamed the chain and argued instead of helping. Super unprofessional and not worth the hassle. Plenty of better bike shops around.

They did a great job repairing both my bikes. They assisted us right away and were very polite. We found some bikes on the street for free. We could tell they were old and needed some love but weren't sure everything that was wrong. El Frondoso's employees were very skilled at assessing the bikes and fixing the issues. And they offered decent prices!

I purchased 2 partially built Tommaso bikes, and went to El Frondoso shop after failing to put them together on my own. I’m glad I did, as they put both bikes together and adjusted them in just a few hours. The prices are fair and they have great customer service. Would definitely go back to this family owned business for any future biking needs!

Was told over the phone that they would put a chain on my scooter/Minibike., but after pushing my scooter 12 blocks just to arrive and the sales attendant to tell me he doesn’t work on them. How frustrating
