This business is the worst business I’ve ever had to deal with. Mike, the owner is an incompetent Business owner.. My husband dropped off my son‘s E Bike on a Saturday. Said it would be ready 7 o’clock Saturday night. Nothing was ready. Called Sunday said they had to fix something else and gave me another excuse called Monday. Told me they needed another part called Tuesday told me they needed something else. I went in there and I told them that they are scammers and that they are messing aro...

DO NOT GO HERE. Overcharged and waited two days for a simple brake and disc repair on my e-scooter. Took it to another shop and it was fixed properly in under an hour for half the price. While I was there, staff dismissed customers like they were a nuisance. When I came to pick up my scooter, two employees appeared visibly impaired and completely unprofessional. Slow, overpriced, careless, and sketchy. One star is being generous. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Mr.Mike is a great businessman . I had the pleasure of meeting him he conducted his business professionally and I purchased an e-bike from him for my grandson and he took the time out to explain to him in great detail about the bike and he safety measure to take and the bike was of great quality. I’ll be recommending him to all my family and friends. In the near future if and when I decide to purchase a scooter moped e bike motorcycle etc… I will be going to Eco Hype … thank you Mr. Mike 😁

Needed an old snowblower tire. Eco Hype helped me and said "no charge, it was simple easy assist". This is the kind of local shop that must be remembered and appreciated. Thank you very much!

Absolutely AWFUL I called and asked them if they can fix my tire tube they told me yes no problem it will be done at 1:30pm I drop my bike off at 10:30am 1:30 comes they claim they need another hour. I wait an hour call back and he claims he needs 30 minutes and he’ll call me when it’s done I wait another 2 hours and show up to the store to take my bike back they tell me they couldn’t do it.
