Great experience! Came down from Philly to check out the Gazelle e-bikes, Jim was very helpful in showing me their selection. They had an Eclipse in my size that checked all the boxes. After a test ride in town, I decided to buy it and rode 25 miles to Egg Harbor City to take the NJT train back to Philly. One week on and I’m very happy with the purchase. Thanks Jim and team!

Jim is great!!! I called on the phone looking for a specific item and Jim confirmed they had it in stock and he held it for me on my word - I then drove from Maryland to New Jersey to pick it up just a few hours later. He was surprised we actually drove up. He was very helpful and even looked up the ferry schedule to see if we could get home that way - fyi (ferry last departure out of cape May is 6:00 pm on Saturdays) - so we drive back home down 95. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted, but they took the time to listen and set me up with a bike that fit my needs even better—it was clear they really know their stuff. My husband also got a BMX bike here, and between us, we’ve bought three bikes from them so far. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They even offer tune-ups, which is super convenient. We bought two Barnaby bikes from Tuckahoe Bike Shop probably 10 or more years ago. My back wheel was damaged and needed to be replaced. Took it to Tuckahoe and they fixed it extremely fast and it’s working great! They are experts and the best of the best! Thank you to the guy who helped me, unfortunately I didn’t get his name but excellent job!
