Pops Bike Shop

The guys at Pops bike shop are absolutely incredible! Customer service is excellent! Purchased my last two mountain bikes from Pops and have had various repairs and tuneups over the years. Prices are fair and reasonable and safety is always their top priority.

They helped me out with a couple of small parts that I needed to fix a bike that I have at home. They had the parts in stock and they ended up not even charging me. The service was great. They knew everything that they needed to know to help me out with my issue and I’ll definitely be back when I need a new bike. Anyone in the Somerville area I would definitely recommend buying and servicing your bikes here

Worst experience of my life got two used bikes from there both tires flat within months and the bikes barely could run right regardless they told me we don’t have those tires then why sell me the bike???!!!! Called to ask a question about an issue with my son’s bike. The woman I spoke to was nice and courteous said we could stop in to get the issue checked out. She was very friendly, professional, and explained the issue and how we could avoid it in the future. Great and friendly customer service.
