They knew exactly what they were doing, explained the process, and got me back on the road quickly. If I can give them a 0 I would, this place is a rip off. I took my scooter because it was sluggish as I took off, they charged $50 for a diagnosis (no problem), they said they had to keep it so they can look it over, from the minute I got there they claimed more then sure its the battery, so after 1 hour they called it was the control box and something else, that as soon as they opened it a cable was burned.
