Kim's Bike Shop

Picked up a new rear brake rotor from this shop and brought my rim in just to check the fit. They went ahead and installed it for me on the spot, no charge. That’s why I don’t mind coming all the way from Staten Island and paying the $18 toll—these guys are awesome. Super helpful and always take care of their customers.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years because they are THE BEST - best selection, repair services, prices, customer service and overall just a joy to do business with. We highly recommend this well run, family owned local business!

Will not be coming back due to a sly and unprofessional remark made to me in store. I won’t go into detail at into what was said because in all the negative reviews, the blame gets redirected to the customer or the story was apparently different from what the reviewer wrote. I typically never run into issue like this and am very patient because I also work in customer service, but disrespect is where I draw the line.

I can't believe I've lived in the area for almost 30 years and just discovered this place that has been here for 40 years. They don't nickel and dime you and charge for everything. I initially went to get new inner tubes and pedals but the air was holding in the tires and the nice lady said to just leave them. She changed the pedals and adjusted the handle bars. Had a difficult repair for them---a seized, crossthreaded crank hub bolt on an ebike, so it could not just be pounded on to get off Not only did they get the arm off, they did it in a day and the price was just fantastic! They also are official resellers of many name brand products and can get parts fast, too Highly recommended!! Attached before and after pictures.....
