I got my Term HSD from this shop, and the experience was excellent. They’re very professional and very friendly. This is important: they never talk down to me. That sounds basic but is not in bike shops. It’s a predominantly male industry and I’ve had many experiences where male mechanics or salespeople treat me like I’m an idiot or my stated needs are not correct or like I’m a beginner to cycling. Anyway, there’s none of that here. It’s a great little shop!

They had a great selection, helped me pick the perfect model for my riding style, and made sure everything was tuned up and ready to go. Super knowledgeable crew, chill vibe, and no pressure—just a great place for BMX riders and any other bike selection. They offer bike rentals that I will be utilizing in the near future. It makes for the perfect bike ride since the surrounding area is great. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!
