ALL ROADS LEAD TO STRICTLY’s. 🥇🥇 The hottest venue for a bike shop on the East Coast. Many big events are held here and it’s a hub for avid cyclists. 3 of my friends purchased bikes from Nelson and they’re very happy with the service. I really appreciate Strictly’s for letting many group rides begin here in the morning (PNS, BEST BUDDIES, & etc.) The PROS outweigh the CONS by a big margin. A few suggestions: 1) need an extra outdoor bathroom 2) the metal chairs are too hot, wooden bench...

Great deal on new bike and extremely fast delivery. I live in Ga and somewhat concerned about ordering from bike shop in NJ. Did chat on their website with real person and felt comfortable ordering. Received less than a week later. I don’t think I would have gotten it that fast from local bike shop and price was best anywhere.

$30 to get a rear derailleur out of protected mode on my partners derailleur??? They didn’t even fix the underlying issue and were super rude too. Installing the dam thing costs less than that. Just 10 miles later the derailleur ended in protected mode again and they didn’t even explain to her how to get it out of the mode? She ended up limping the rest of the ride in high gear. I’m sorely disappointed in the quality of service considering this is such a beloved place for riders.

The team at Strictly creates such a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. Every staff member is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their expertise and customer service really stand out.

Looks a bit upscale inside with all the bling bikes, but the lady (I presume she was the owner) was very friendly and made sure I was in the queue for service. I didn’t know what to expect but they diagnosed and replaced my cable and fixed my shifting issue within 45 mins. Day of service. Can’t complain! The price was reasonable too. Thank you. Saw a lot of NY/Jersey regulars esp coming off the 9W and to George Washington bridge.
