My experience was good the owner Steve was helpful, very professional, he told my generator would be fixed in 2 weeks and it was. 😀 Jared the technician was courtesy and also professional. Both Steve and Jared helped me unload and load the generator back onto my 🚗 🚘 🚔 🏎 🚓 🚕 since I have a bad 👎 😅 😐 😀 😄 😑 back. I would definitely recommend 👌 👍 ☺️ 😊 😌 🙂 using their services again.

Absolutely no complaints I took my Vespa in to repair the odometer . I was greeted very nicely and professionally and treated with respect through the entire process. The turn around was relatively quick and very reasonably priced. The owner Steve was nice enough to let me pick up on a Sunday even though they are technically closed. Very accommodating. Thank you very much.

Got our mower worked on and was very pleased with how everything was handled. Chris was a great help to the registration on the phone to his professional manners.

Context: I brought in a NIU KQI Air electric scooter after I foolishly pulled the air valve out of my back tire. Taking it in was easy as cake. Explained the issue, filled out a simple form, told me they'd call when it's ready. True to their word they did, came to get it and paid. I knock off 1 star for two reasons. There is no place more worthless than this moped shop. Basically if you cant fix it, they cant either. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! you will regret it. i promise, I have no idea how this place is still even open. all they know how to do is change tires or easy parts. anything beyond the simplest fixes your just wasting your time and money.
