My experience was great! Andreas completely restored a 1960s Schwinn I found in the trash for a reasonable price. I loved that he came to my house and he was able to tune up another bike of mine right in my driveway. Clearly communicated on prices and the reason behind them. Also gave me updates through the process. Will be using Gradient again for my bike tune ups

Awesome experience! He arrived on time to the minute, and the appointment didn’t go over the time frame. He helped me with all my questions and did everything that needed to be done done. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to fix an issue with my handlebars being the wrong distance within seconds of me getting on my tricycle. Also there was no upselling or unnecessary fixes, always a good thing! Will definitely be going back when I need anything else!

Wow, this was incredibly convenient! No need to load up the bikes, drive to a shop, and wait days for a callback. Andreas was prompt, professional, and showed up right in front of the house with his state-of-the-art mobile bike shop. He serviced two of my bikes, and they’re now as good as new. My bike was making a click noise as I shifted gears so I reached out to Dre at Gradient Bike Shop and he responded right away! He scheduled me for a tune up and within a day or two I was back on the road riding smooth in silence. The service can’t be beat and while I was at it, I purchased new head gear from the shop as well 🤪

Ended up needing service done after my throttle controller started going haywire. Andreas was extremely helpful, he was able to get the part replaced within a couple hours and was even kind enough to help with bleeding my brakes (which originally wasn't the reason for the visit). I'll definitely be going with him for any future repairs.
