Great bike buying experience. I knew what bike I wanted but was unsure of the size. Saw they had both a small and medium online and went into the store to try out both. Staff was so helpful! I explained what I felt about the fit after a parking lot test ride, and they helped me adjust the bike seat so all my needs were met. Very low key, no pressure environment, but still very attentive! My daughter was ready for her next bike, we were shopping around and happened to stumble upon Cycles Etc. I brought my injured bicycle into the Salem shop and it received better care the most humans get in the hospital. Immediately there was two techs working on it. Within 3 minutes they had a differential diagnosis and a clear action plan. This is outstanding service.
