💯 percent had a wonderful experience. If anyone is interested in a new bike. I highly recommend talking to Ethan. A no pressure experience. I asked for a deal that I did not expect to get. Well I was wrong. Rochester Harley Davidson gave me everything. I asked for. The whole team that works there made it easy.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Rochester Harley. I was explicitly promised a $200 Harley-Davidson gift card by the finance manager if I came back in to negotiate pricing on a new bike. I went out of my way to return, but after I ultimately decided not to purchase, they reneged on that promise. Purchased a CVO, first experience with this dealer. Ethan and Craig gave me the best price and made the transaction as easy and trouble free as possible. Morgan showed amazing patience with my questions and concerns with the paperwork. They worked with me to meet my needs, when other dealers seemed uninterested at best.
