Great bike shop. The excellent staff helped me find the perfect bike for my needs. And, talking with their technicians was an education on basic maintenance that will keep my bike in good working order.

This is by far the best bike shop that I’ve been to with the best crew. I’ve sent several of my friends to purchase bikes here, and they’ve all had the same experience. Please don’t change a thing! Updated review below. Tried calling four times, no one ever answers. I'm just on hold listening to soft folk music. I can't make an appointment, can't ask questions, don't know what else to do. There's no answering machine or even an offer to send you to voicemail, so I guess I just can't contact the store? I've moved my stars from 2 to 4. It would be 5 if I could contact the store to ask a question. But no one answers your phones. If that's going to be the case as a policy, it would be goo...
