Took time to install pedals and adjust seat height on a bike I was considering so I could try out the size. Great service. Ordered the bike and they had it ready days before the initial guess.

I have been a customer for many years and their service department in particular Simon but all the guys are just incredible. They care so much about taking care of you. They will strive to get you back riding quickly. I cannot recommend them more highly. No other bike shop compares in my opinion.

I took a 4 1/2 hour drive up to Goodale bike shop. They were the closet bike shop that had a Domane SL6 in my size. I first spoke to Reed earlier last week. He was super helpful in locating the bike in he’s shop. I was able to make the drive on Friday to buy the bike. I called back and then spoke to Nathan.
