Pedego Electric Bikes Hampton

Whatever you do don't buy anything from this company. All locations are going out of business. Purchased a $1,500 bike with warranty to use for the summer. First time I used it the battery was broken. The Salem NH store has since been closed for obvious reasons, so I brought my bike to the next closest location Hampton (1.5 hours away) Repair man said it was covered by the warranty since the bike was brand new. Ed is wonderful. First he offered to meet me off hours to accommodate my schedule and was great walking myself and my girlfriend through the operations of the bikes. I now own this Troxus. In top gear it’s not too much work to get it to 28mph.

Dishonest dishonest dishonest. Bought a bicycle with a guarantee and would not stand behind it. Had to get pedego corporate involved, which cost me five hundred dollars to fix.
