Exeter Cycles

I have been a fan and customer of Exeter Cycles since it opened. I have bought many bicycles for my family and have always appreciated their customer service. The new owner continues that tradition. I recently had a mishap when my ebike was severely damaged by "user error." The team commiserated then got to work sourcing parts and expediting the repair, all with a smile and no judgement. These guys, especially Kevin, are GOOD!

I had a great experience here this weekend. They helped me get fitted properly for a new bike, answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly in the process. Highly recommend!

I really can't say enough good things about Exeter Cycles. I've had to rely on them for new bikes, maintenance, & parts since 2021 and the staff are ALWAYS so helpful and genuine. It’s hard to find bike shops that don’t roll their eyes when I ask them to work on my mountain tandem. Exeter Cycles does not! The shop mechanic made a point to assign my Magura hydraulic brake overhaul to his staff person who has the same brakes on his own bike. He took the time to make sure they were perfect.

The guys at the store today (Monday sep 13) were EXTREMELY helpful in finding me my first road bike!! They had a great selection and I was really surprised to see my size (44cm) available, I couldn't help but inquire. They gave me a test ride and even evaluated the fitment for me to ensure it would be comfortable and efficient long term.
