I purchased three bicycles from E-bikes of New Hampshire. It’s been a very positive experience. They always answer the phone, and they stand by their products. We have used our electric bikes quite a bit, and I’ve encountered a few mechanical issues that have been resolved generally with a phone call (telephone guidance) or a quick service appointment.

Very clean showroom with a wide selection of e-bikes, separated by brand. Hitch mounts, helmets, and other accessories are also on display here. If you're lost in the sauce with all of the different brands and models, the staff is knowledgeable and excited about what they do. I came here to look at a Gazelle Eclipse C380+, and the guy on the showroom floor was very knowledgeable about the bike, as well as the pros and cons against other bikes in the store.

I picked up two ebikes and had a great experience from the very start. The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's obvious that they care about what they do. The selection is unbelievable too. They have a bike for every type of rider.
