Rob and the team at Claremont’s The Wheel House have been fantastic. My old carbon Bianchi cracked and with only a couple of weeks to spare before a season-finale event. Rob and the guys literally sprang into action helping me define the best fit in geometry, performance, logistics, and value for my specs, for a new Trek Madone all in-house, perfectly fit, and ready in time! It’s a dream ride. Very happy. Knowledgeable, professional and bend-over-backwards helpful. Highly recommended.

Buying my new bike at the Wheel House was one of the best customer experiences I had, honestly! Right away I was greeted and engaged in conversation and curiosity about what I was looking for. I got to test ride a few bikes and ultimately picked one that I am psyched to be riding everyday. The historic building and mountain view are also pretty awesome. Amazing! I called for an estimate on assembly of a bike I purchased for my granddaughter. I was quoted a reasonable price and dropped it off the next day letting them know there was no rush. I received a text the very next day saying it was finished. I picked it up—beautiful job and paid exactly what I had been quoted. Team was polite and professional…just a friendly atmosphere. You can really tell they enjoy their work. Thanks guys!
