A charming bike shop! I was in town for a wedding and wanted to rent a bike. Quite frankly, I couldn’t find a lot of options, but Great Northern fit the bill. They will actually sell you a used bike, but then buy it back for almost exactly what you paid them. So the rental ends up being very, very reasonable. We were on our way through Fargo on a cross-country trip with our family. We encountered some issues with two of our kid’s mountain bikes. The Northern Bicycle service team went out of their way to help us out and fixed both bikes on the spot for a very reasonable price. Top notch!

I had ordered a bike online and it was shipped to the store to be put together. They put it together in a timely manner and texted me when it was ready. I should up to get it and they asked if I needed anything else. I bought some pedals and they put them on for me. They wheeled it out to my car and even put it inside my truck for me. What great customer service.

Aaron went above and beyond to help explain and fix my fat bike issue. I'll definitely be using this shop in the future. I love the location and old depot building - cool spot to find your bike stuff!

Update: I brought my bike in as it needy a new rear wheel, I asked them to find a stronger one, went in picked it up yesterday and rode it for maybe 2 hours till the rim taco'd due to the rim having a weak spot, figured it would be covered. Nope, i have to spend another 85-90 on another new wheel....honestly not too pleased with this, i understand paying for labor but having to buy a brand new rim when the day before you did and it broke due to faulty manufacturing doesn't seem right, I'd und...
