Pedego Electric Bikes Piedmont Triad

This place rocks. I had a short window to get a bike I had been eyeing for a while and they people there rushed to help me get the bike and get back to work before my lunch break was up. They were so helpful, informative, and genuinely nice. I was nervous about this purchase and they got me so pumped for it. Will definitely be returning for any future business.

We planned a last minute trip to Winston-Salem to visit Old Salem for the first time during Christmas season the first of December. We had no plans on our "off" day, and called the morning of to see if we could rent bikes for that afternoon to ride to Salem Lake. The staff was informative and friendly, both on the phone and in-person in their shop. They thoroughly explained how to use the e-bikes and ensured our comfort before we took off on our two-hour adventure along the greenway.

Had an AMAZING time on our tour this past Sunday! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, Hal is an amazing tour guide and was full of all kinds of interesting tidbits of knowledge about the area! The bikes were outstanding...🏆 🚲 🏆. We took a bike tour while in San Francisco earlier this year and those bikes were a joke compared to the Pedego bikes we experienced Sunday! Had a blast!!!

Great place to find quality products! Hal and Alexa are very nice to work with. I was able to find a very well built and neat electric trike. If anyone is in a bike, trike, segway or accessories. They have a nice selection of well built products.
