Thank you to Casey! Great worker you have with Casey in your store. Casey spent time describing a different bike maintenance technique (waxing my chain) that was convincing enough for me to try. Clayton is fantastic too! He is super friendly and inquisitive about what type of things you’re into. These two employees (Casey and Clayton) are very nice helpful people sharing tips and experiences with me every time I visit.

Recently bought a Domane SL5 from Trek of Charlotte, Lake Norman location. This store is 1 hr 46 min from my house and it is 100% worth the drive. I will not shop at any other store because of the customer service I received on more than one occasion at this location. Jason, Spencer, Clayton and Marci have been phenomenal to work with. I highly recommend this store and this great group of people for any and all cycling needs! These are my people and they have me as a customer for life!

Clayton was wonderful to work with! He carefully walked us through every step of the process and took the time to answer all of our questions so we always knew what to expect. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. We really appreciated his help and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a great experience at the Trek store in Mooresville, NC. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They answered all of my questions without any pressure and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their customers and stand behind the quality of their bikes and service. Brought my kids $500 Trek bike here for new brake pads and “Level 2” service (1st gear was pop by off). Was asked to pay total up front and the total was a little over $250 dollars. I get there to pick it up and they want another $21 for a part that wasn’t discussed with me. I don’t like being nickel and dimed for a tiny metal piece that I didn’t authorize or discuss with anyone when I am paying over 1/2 the cost of the bike for some basic maintenance.
