Frank (owner) is patient and a solid expert on eBikes. I test drove bikes several times and never felt rushed. 2. They have a variety of brands, so you can get a sense of what works for you. 3. Great choice from the start. Frank was so helpful on the phone with my wife’s initial questions. We drove over on a Sunday (they are open 1-4pm despite google saying they are closed) and he spent a large amount of time making her feel comfortable and safe on the e-bikes. She tried several and he offered options about the advantages and drawbacks of each model. No pressure with frequent advice and the offer to come again and try others or the same bikes to be sure before considering any sale. ...

Exceptional small business with lovely owner. We came all the way from Durham to test ride and buy our RADpower Road ebike. We love the bike! It is perfect for commuting. My husband is the primary user but I want my own! And Frank actually delivered the bike to us in Durham after expertly assembling the bike! Wish the shop was closer to the Triangle but feel incredibly lucky to have found it. You can't go wrong.
