I brought my daughter’s bike in to get a brake fixed and Derek realized it was an easy fixed and stoked us up with a quick adjustment. He didn’t charge us and actually taught me something about the bike. I’ve bought my bikes from them as a local and will come time to do so.

Bought a GT Slammer for $100, didn’t look the best but it was in good shape for riding. Took it home, spent another $100 to break it down, paint, new bar clamp, brakes the whole works and I can’t tell you how many compliments I get at the park. The shop sold me a mechanically sound bike that only had minor cosmetic wear and it’s been a great bike the last few month. When I broke it down the bearings and seals were still 100% shape. Made shopping for daughter's first bike fun. Folks were knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the bikes and they had it ready for pick up. Great experience for buying local and feeling good about the purchase.

Being a business owner myself. I look to do businesses with establishments that give you that honest opinion about a product and prices. They did that for us today. I purchased a bike for my wife. They were busy (2) men working hard answering phones working on bikes in the back and also dealing with all of us customers some of which were in a big hurry.
