Best bike shop in Hickory. They have more inventory than the others I’ve been to as far as pretty much everything you need. I love Celeste she is ultra supportive and knowledgeable. All the employees are sociable and not awkwardly quiet or uptight. I like going here because of that and like I said their inventory. Don’t even look for another bike shop! Mike and his team are great. When on an 8 day road bike touring trip one rider ran into an issue with shifting which made hills no fun. We are going point to point and have deadlines. Mike got us in and within 15 minutes had the problem solved and didn’t want to charge us. The service he provided was as they say, Priceless.
