Walked in to look at options for a bike after years of not riding. The person I spoke to was very knowledgable and presented several great options to me without being pushy at all to force a sale. Really enjoyed my first ride with this fantastic machine they hooked me up with, and I'm looking forward to putting many more miles on it.

They ordered and installed my new forks. They did a great job as always. I like Ride-A-Bike because i never feel pressured to buy stuff i dont need.

All I can say is WOW! The level of customer service you get at Ride a Bike is unmatched. Brantley was so accommodating on trying to help me get into an e-bike that fits. I am only 4'11" so it has been a challenge finding a bike light enough that I can get in and out of my vehicle but also having the features I was looking for. Was greeted by 2 of the gentlemen inside as soon as I walked in. Came by to see about some new tread for my mountain bike. Guys were very friendly and amiable and helped me find what I needed in no time at all. I had my bike repaired here a couple of years back, and the guy who rang me up remembered working on it. I was very impressed with Ride A Bike Bicycle Shop. I encountered an issue with my bike. They conducted an assessment and sent me a quote. I approved. They repaired. She's running like a new bike. Highly recommended.
