The buying experience was great, & the employees are solid. But when it came time to order replacements for broken parts, the owner Todd told me he didn't have time to look up or order parts, said to call back in a couple months, then "maybe". Literally told me he was only interested in volume sales, not service. Obviously I would avoid buying here if I were you.

Coming off a CRF-250F I wasn’t sure what bike to get next. I spoke with them over the phone and they were very helpful. I wanted to come to the store that day but by the time I would get there they would be closing, they told me to just come and they would stay open.
