Caught a lucky break, in n out service today! In only a couple minutes, Jeff was able to get my bike back into spec. Super happy and now my brakes are super sticky, in a good way. 5 for 5 Stars, I'll be back!

These guys are fantastic. They never tried to upsell me or get me to buy stuff I don't need. They take the time to listen and I'm really happy to have stumbled in here last year. I got a new bike, some simple equipment, some simple maintenance, great follow up after my purchase, and John was a breeze to work with when I needed to ship my bike across country. Highly recommended bike shop! Today me, and my son visited the shop to look for a new bike for him. The staff there spent around an hour, allowing us to try different bicycles, and explaining all of the features and benefits of each bike. After about an hour, we walked out with a brand new bike for my son, and a great experience! Thank you so much Spirited Cyclist! You guys rock!

I cannot say enough good things about the crew at the Spited Cyclist in Huntersville. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. They walked me through multiple options and helped me select the RIGHT bikes for our entire family. A far superior experience compared to the big box stores! Definitely my go-to place for all things bike related moving forward.

Terrific store and staff! I wait a bit before writing reviews for anywhere, just in case there is anything needed after the initial purchase.
