I have to say. John the newest sales associate did an absolutely fantastic job with helping me for the purchase of my Harley! I was not the easiest customer when it came down to numbers but him and his manager stuck it out and got me exactly where I needed to be. I would recommend him to anyone who was in need of a bike. He was understanding, calm, collective, and honest. Wouldn’t work with any other sales associate but John! -Zach M

Not too happy. Purchased a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard on 11/18/2025, and after pointing out the broken right front turn/marker light, broken left rear turn signal, missing seat bolt, and missing trim bolt, I was told they would all be replaced prior to the bike being delivered (recovering from shoulder surgery). Also saw they snuck in an $897.63 "freight" charge (again, used bike) that was more than 1/3 the listed price of the bike, on top of their usual "processing fee" of $599.95 for "costs and ...

First of all the Service from the First phone call to me pulling out of the Passing Lot was 2nd to none. I've purchased several Bikes and by far this was the best experience so far. The internet sales and also the floor salesman were constantly there if I had any questions at all. I will definitely choose them first with my future purchases.

I’d like to thank Jesse Ward for the help getting my 2022 ZX-14R this past Sunday. He broke down everything I had questions on and was really easy to talk to and work with. I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle from here. Even though they were understaffed they were willing to stay almost 3 hours past closing to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
