Awesome shop with some really cool bikes and great gear/merch, reasonably priced. I needed a new shifter; the stars aligned and Buck got me in and out within 30 minutes despite being busy. Don’t hold the man to that, but if he can, he will. Top notch customer service experience, thanks Buck.

Called this AM and was greeted with friendly information. Showed up after lunch per our conversation. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. They took care of our needs and rented us a bike that was just right for my daughter. When I returned at the end of day, the young man (that I did not speak with earlier) said "Welcome Back" with a smile. Just can't say enough about this place. Really Really Really Great experience!

An easy 5 stars for me. Was greeted by Ben when I entered the store, explained my need for a new front chain ring. Took the bike right away, in the work stand and had the job done in 10 mins which was absolutely fantastic. As a traveling cyclist / bikepacker, this is great service! Back on the road today and really happy with Epic Cycles! Thank you guys :)

A few months ago I purchased a full suspension bike from Epic cycles. The young man that helped me told me this was the perfect bike for me and as it turns out is has been!! Grabbed a tee shirt and water bottle. Super cool shop with friendly guys working there that have been around bikes forever. Good selection of bikes and apparel. Worth stopping in just to look at all the old bikes hanging for display.
