I was recommended to go to Explore Velo for the customer service and the knowledgeable staff and they certainly did not disappoint. As a "newbie" on the bike scene they helped me understand the pros and cons of each of the bikes I test drove as well they did not try and oversell me on a bike outside of my budge which I really appreciated. Well after riding 600+ km's through just about every type of terrain, Pushing the Fuji hard in places I should probably be on a mountain bike. I brought my bike in for a few repairs and a complete service, and I was blown away by the customer service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful and patient. The staff made sure that I was satisfied with the work done on my bike before I left, and they also emailed me a copy of my invoice before I came to pick my bike up so there were no surprises.
