We just purchased our second ATV here. Larry was our initial sales rep when we bought our first one there. Because of his professionalism and such a caring person, we went right back to him when we were in need of another one. We were snowed in for almost two months and needed an ATV with tracks. I blew a flat on 57th street and pulled into sports city cyclery to seek refuge and change my tire. i asked the staff crew if i could borrow a heavy duty jack and robert came out with a helping hand. i wasn’t there to purchase anything but would highly consider them if i was in need of a new toy.

After several calls regarding my tire being installed backwards Sports City Cyclery made it right and refunded the charges. I really appreciated this due to living 85 miles away and it was not easy or convenient to drive back in to have it fixed.
