Probably some of the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. I brought my electric bike that I keep on my sailboat and simply needed a tube replaced. The employee working in the bike area was unnecessarily rude about the bike’s condition, even though I was just requesting a basic tube swap; that they confirmed over the phone that they could do that day while I wait. I purchased my bike from Biloxi Bike Works and have continued to shop there for any accessories and upgrades. Incredible owner and his staff are just as amazing. I’ve been able to order stuff they did not have available, and was quickly notified as soon as the product landed on their door step. I recommend them to everyone I can. I just moved to the area about a month ago, and needed to have my bike serviced. Long story short, Bart and his shop have come through many times for me since and at reasonable prices with quick turnaround time. The social interaction and community involvement he does absolutely makes me feel welcome. Friday bike rides, and Wednesday road rides are always looked forward to. Even my kids participate. This shop is a huge asset to the community.

Amazing little shop with excellent personnel that are real enthusiasts about cycling.They are very knowledgeable and make you feel at home. The shop have accessories, equipment and many different bikes to chose from. Definitely recommend if you are an enthusiast or just beginniner the sport. The personnel here treat with respect .The prices are spot on and they have many different models and brands to choose from .
