Honestly I felt lucky I walked into this store. The onwer is an awesome person, knowlegable, empathetic and thoughtful. They spent hours helping me out on the fitting and accesseries, teach me basic skills and free installations. I love my new bike and experience there!

Brad and staff do a wonderful job of taking care of the patrons . Everyone is great and I’m happy to say that I’ve purchased 3 bikes in the last 5 years . They are very knowledgeable with local trails as well and help u find the right bikes for you and your family !!!

Don’t let the size of the shop fool you. Even though it looks like a large, modern store, it has the warmth and care of a family-run business. This shop has been faithfully & positively supporting the local cycling community for decades, and you can feel that the moment you walk in the door. Great owner, great staff, great service, and a great place that has been supporting my favorite hobby for almost 20 years.

INCREDIBLE customer service and the most skilled technicians around! My Cannondale 1st gear wasn't stay in gear, so I brought it to a different cycle repair shop (not Granada)... they "fixed" the first gear, but when I got it home the second gear no longer stayed in gear (the repair technician said, "I've never seen a gear like that before!", so I should have known it wasn't properly fixed). Great experience picking up my first new bike in several years. I showed up shortly before close after mistakenly thinking they were open later, but Brian was more than helpful in helping me get all my new gear so I could still be out the door with the bike that was a great fit for me even though it kept him a little late.
