I recently bought a bike, trailer, and hitch-mounted bike rack from here. Bryant assisted me and did a phenomenal job! He did not try to upsell me on anything. Absolutely fantastic shop with knowledge and a passion for cycling and making sure the customer has an outstanding purchasing experience. Picked up my bike fully assembled and to my requests. The crew in the store and in the service center are extremely friendly and really know the business and want to make sure you get the bike that’s right for you.

Super friendly staff, great selection of products. Quick turnaround at the service department. Dropped my bike off on Saturday morning for a new shock, tires and annual tuneup. They said it would likely be done on Tuesday. I asked if it would be okay for me to pick it back up the next Saturday because I live 1.5 hours away and they said sure. They called me about 2.5 hours later, before I headed back home and let me know they finished. Love this shop.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. From the time you walk in, to the service area, to sales, all the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I took two bikes to serviced. My bike, I've been struggling with. Due to two wrist surgeries, it was painful to ride. Talked to the service guys. I love A&B Cycle! When I bought my bike, the staff member who helped me went above and beyond. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Since then, I’ve been back to have an additional part installed, and every single person I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team consistently provides great service, but this shop absolutely does. Highly recommend!
