After years of supporting them through soliciting bike tune-ups, inner tube changes, purchasing a brand new bike, donating my old bike to be dismantled for metal, I needed to have my bike packed up into a box to have it shipped to another state. My bike knowledge is very limited, but I wanted to surprise my bf with new handlebars for his birthday! I called the day before I went in and Eric was very friendly. I brought the bike in the next day and he installed the new bullhorn handlebars along with the grip tape. A great honest business, run by good people. Took a bike in for a tune-up, and a very thorough job was performed with great helpful advice for a new rider. Didn't need much wor, bu I will be back when it does. If you want a trustworthy, friendly relationship with a bike shop, this is the spot.
