Juiced Wheels

Ordered my Lyric Graffiti X in December 2024 and just received it today May 31, 2025. Other folks that ordered individually are still waiting for their bike to arrive. It is so important that you order your bike through Juiced Wheels. They have a huge advantage over individuals since they order in bulk. Terrible service. I brought them my bike for inspection. And they diagnose fee is 100 which was known. They still made me pay even though they didn’t even diagnose a problem. And they had no idea what they were talking about. They literally did nothing except take my money. I knew the problem so I bought the part and when I tried to plug my battery in the battery is broken. They broke my battery, made me pay 100 for no reason, and messed my bike up worse than it was. Terrible 👎👎👎

Wife and I wanted to try out ebikes for the first time, rented two for two hours and rode the Katy Trail for about 80$. All in all it is great value. Everyone was really friendly and explained the features of the bikes. They provide a pretty comfortable helmet and free water bottles. Parking your car is kinda of a nightmare, it's gonna be street parking unless you want to walk (but if you are here to ride then walking shouldn't be that big of a deal :))

We rented e-bikes for the first time. Juiced was very good about explaining how they worked and making sure we were comfortable with them. When one of us was having difficulty, they were very understanding and suggested using a different bike, where things went much better.

I really appreciate the Juiced . They go the extra mile to provide great service, even beyond what I expect. For instance , in addition to doing a replacement for a display that was damaged, they also noticed washers in the front wheel of my bike that was improperly placed there, posing a safety hazard. They informed me and then they also removed the washers at no extra charge. That type of service is what I appreciate about them.
