Pretty disappointed I had an issue with my bike and was told I needed to make an appointment for them to take it apart and diagnose about nine days in advance, which I did. When my youngest outgrew his little bike with the kind of brakes where you pedal backward to stop, I knew it was time for an upgrade. Customer first! My daughter unfortunately had a flat tire on her Trek Rail 7. Called Cycle City and their team with 30 minutes from closing. Literally took the time to fix our major blowout and got my daughter back on the trail. She was able to knock out her 10 miles with no issues. Cycle City is my go-to bike shop. I've been a long-time customer purchasing a number of bikes over the years. The staff is very patient, listen to your needs, and provide great advise. I've had great service as well. They work with you on the best solution to your problem, and get you back on the road in a timely manner.
