I wish I could give him more stars!! Need your bike/electric bike fixed? He’s your guy! He’s honest, has great prices and truly had the best customer service I could have asked for! He was patient with my father in law, and my father in law said his breaks have never been better! We appreciate you!! I highly recommend him and his work!

We found Totally Rad when my son’s Ebike motor went out and we ordered replacement parts from the manufacturer. This is not a brand that they carry but they were kind enough to work on it. In a super quick turn around they had us up and running. When we had to have some adjustments done that were no fault of the shops we went back and they had us up and running in just a few minutes. Took my bike to this shop on december 4th and had no contact the entire month until I called them to ask for progress and was told it was finished, showed up on the 30th to my bike not being finished and needing to wait an hour for the brakes to be checked only for the back brake caliper needong to be replaced and the bike was not tested in the shop, when I got home the brake failure light is on permanently and I cannot use my bike any longer, this repair and tune up costed $300 only for my b...

Owner keeps putting me off saying to call back. When I call back on the date he says to call, he says call back again in a few weeks. Sad to keep putting off a customer week after week. I was also interested in buying 2 new ebikes. At this point, I cannot recommend this shop.

Chad and his Staff are a very 1st Class. I’m dealing with a TBI and I felt very welcome and also very well taken care of. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
