Trek Bicycle St. Louis Ballwin

I'm on Route 66 and had to put a new tire on the rear wheel yesterday. Eric, Brian and the whole crew were extremely efficient and competent, and installed the new tire tubeless flawlessly, even though I don't ride a Trek bike. At the same time, I was given some tips and snacks for my onward journey. What more could you want from a bike store?

The store employee was so helpful. He helped me make changes to my bike so that it was better fitted for me and I was more comfortable. He was very patient and had very good suggestions that I had no idea existed. I highly recommend Trek for their professionalism and knowledge.

My old bike was stolen out of my garage and home insurance came through. It had been years since I bought a bike and Benton and Brad were amazing! They left no stone unturned and I left feeling fully informed and ready to drop bucks on a bike. It’s been 40+ years since I’ve been on a bike! I knew I needed to purchase a bike from a shop that was there to support and encourage me. From my salesman John, to the staff that assembled and added my basket to Colton the great guy that delivered her. He fitted the bike to me and answered all my questions! Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Everyone there is awesome and egoless which has become an afterthought in a high-end bike shop.
