Five stars!! Shay greeted us with a giant smile when we walked in the door. We told her we bought a couple of electric bicycles for Christmas and needed a bike hauler for our jeep. The best! I bought my LIV in 2021 and still ride it. It's seen some miles. Even got kiddo a bike a year ago and it's top tier as well .. Great customer service, doesn't scam people -- quick friendly service. I recommend it to everyone i know who rides. Shay is great too !

I took in my well worn 12 year old Giant FCR that needed a lot of work to get it into shape, they didn’t try to sell me a new bike, they fixed everything that was needed and didn’t fix what wasn’t needed , I road that bike with 60 lbs on back panniers and back rack, for 486 miles on RAGBRAI this week.
