My experience with Mark and Pam at Cycle Depot has been incredible. They are so helpful and knowledgeable as well as patient. Over the last several months they have helped me realign and rebuild one of my most beloved bicycle frames after a t-bone strike from a motorist. Amazing bike shop with such kind owners! Our amtrak got cancelled and we needed bike boxes last minute. They generously provided them and even stayed late after their closing to help us pack our bikes!! When we couldn’t get an Uber XL to the train station, Pam went above and beyond to drive us with our bike boxes. Such wonderful people who saved our Katy trail bike trip. Thank you so much!!!! :)

This is a first class shop -- I was on a ride across Missouri and, my own fault, I hadn't been maintaining my tubeless system and ended up with a flat. They were open on Sunday, took care of me right away, and I was on my way in under an hour. Very knowledgable, more than fair pricing. Please support shops like this -- we need them!!! Had them overhaul bike with new tires and cables, bike was better than new when I picked it up. Fair priced, excellent service, would use them again without hesitation. Great shop and nice people running it.
