Bought a Big Horn new from the showroom, transmission went out 6months into owning it and this dealer is the only repair shop covering the warranty. I have been doing business with true real people who worked with me over 3 months to make my dream of bike ownership come true. Due to my bank starting into the weekend and card failure/ malfunction... I was stuck in his lot and he trusted, offered, and helped me be able to get home. A 3.5 hr trip...and because of them... Mike and Michelle are jam up in every way. It does not matter how many questions I have they ALWAYS take the time to answer them. They have never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge to make a profit. If I need it they tell me if not they tell me and that is rare this day in time especially in a smaller business.
