Had an issue with bottom bracket being preloaded improperly by an out of town shop. Nathan (owner) graciously helped, got me tuned up and back on the road. Customer service top tier and staff very knowledgeable on high end bicycles. Happy customer will absolutely come back for future maintenance or new purchase

Nathan the Owner of Wheelhouse provided me with Excellence Customer Service! Above & Beyond the Call of Duty. I am a Members) of the Regulators Cycling Club. No matter the need, he & his team never let me down & is consistently available. His talent& knowledge of bikes is exemplary!! My screw on the seat post was stripped and he was able to drill through the entire casing for over an hour without damaging my carbon frame….AFTER HOURS. I’m most appreciative. I stumbled into this shop a few weeks ago after googling local shops. So glad I did! The owner, Nathan, knows his stuff! He went above and beyond answering all my questions and helped me find the perfect gravel bike and accessories. He took the time to make sure the bike was adjusted before I even took it out of the store. This shop definitely takes care of its customers ❤️ Just got back from my first ride on my new Liv Devote and it rides perfectly!
