Daughter’s 11th birthday gift from Grandma was a new Bike. A friend recommended we go to Sunset Cyclery. Great move. This is a great bike shop. They were extremely helpful. We ended up ordering a bike due to her being so picky, but they were extremely helpful and got a bike ordered. I highly recommend coming in here if you need a bike or need work done on your bike.

I recently purchased my bike here and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about cycling. The selection was impressive and I appreciated how they explained the differences between models without ever pressuring me to buy. The customer service was top-notch. They handled the setup and adjustments with care and made sure everything was perfect before I left the shop.

So been here a few times before. This time took it in for chain and a tune up. Got it back two or three days later. Not one day after riding it it the chain came off again. Sunset Hills Cyclery is the best place to get a bike!! I am not an expert at all when it comes to bikes so I needed a lot of help. They spent a ton of time explaining to me the pros and cons of each bike, helped me find a bike to fit my tall body, and also helped my wife too. I highly recommend their services!!!
