The staff here, especially Raul, wass wonderful, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They were patient while we tested out bikes until we found the right fit. Not pushy to get us to purchase which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended if you looking for a bike. Love my purchase.

I have a rather rare motorized bicycle and needed help with the disc brakes. Visited and called numerous stores and no one was willing to touch it. These guys were more than happy to help. Highly recommended!

Apparently this bike shop does not want or need new clientele. I guess they can reply on repeat customers for all future income. I walked in and asked if I could schedule a few repairs on my bicycle and they were happy to accommodate my request, however when I asked if I could drop my bike off on the day of the appointment I was informed I would have to leave the bike with them at the time the appointment was scheduled. My wife convinced me to sell my motorcycle and buy two bicycles. I did just that. We landed at Big Shark in Chesterfield. Excellent Sales, Fulfillment and Service. It feels like we are part of the family and they will be servicing our bikes for years to come. They know bikes! … and now we know each other.

An amazing bike shop. I visited mid 2020 for a ride and they were out of good choices due to shipment delays and demand. I bided my time and visited again yesterday evening and they were amazing. I found the perfect bike and they got me fitted out with the fixings as well as a helmet and tons of good information. Kind and respectful staff that point you in the right direction. On top of the great, fast service and helpful advice, they have lifetime maintenance for free! Glad I went here.
