I didn't catch the ladies name who sold me my Specialized Women's Comfort Step In Bike, but she was great. She helped me pick the bike of my choice along with the color I wanted. I just gave birth to a baby girl who has since passed on, and the color I chose was to represent my baby girl. That way when I go ride, she will always be with me! Thank y'all!

UPDATE: 1/11/21....A couple weeks ago my partner and i stopped by the shop just to price some bikes and *Renee greeted us and asked how she could help us.
