Lazy work, I brought it in for a tune up and they pulled the dust boot off my dropper seat post then claimed it was like that already and they couldn't fix it. I had to fix that and make adjustments to my derailer myself so it would shift correctly after they serviced it. I wouldn't trust them to adjust anything of mine. Thought Id save some time and effort here, nope. I fixed the dust boot in 5 minutes so either they didn't even try or they have no idea what they are doing.
